Sandra
Lied Haga
Born in Norway in 1994, Sandra Lied Haga was accepted in 2000 as the
youngest ever pupil at the course for specially gifted children at
Barratt Due Institute of Music in Oslo where she is currently studying
with Tove Sinding-Larsen.
In 2004 Sandra started taking lessons with Oleg Kogan. She has also
participated in master-classes with Truls Mørk, Louis Claret
and Aage Kvalbein and became participant of Margess International
of Switzerland as a pupil of Oleg Kogan. |

In
2004 Sandra won the First Prize at the National Youth Competition
of Norway and the First Prize and the most virtuosic performance award
at the International Young Musicians Competition in Estonia.
In 2005 she won the First Prize and two special prizes at the International
Heran Competition in the Czech Republic.
Sandra
has given numerous concerts in Norway and abroad, and participated
in several radio programs as well as appearing on Norwegian and
Russian Television. Sandra has performed with the Zurich Chamber
Orchestra, Parnu City Orchestra and Tallinn Chamber Orchestra amongst
others. As soloist Sandra appeared in numerous music festivals including
Valdres International Festival (Norway) and Parnu International
Music Festival (Estonia). Sandra was a member of Barratt Due Children
Orchestra from 2000-2002. She is now the group leader of Barratt
Due Junior Ensemble.
Sandra's
future engagements include participation in "From the Top"-broadcast
in Salzburg, and "Kaunas 2006"- festival in Lithuania. |
